The 2010 budget has been mailed out to all manor owners. We are providing readers with an analysis of what services we are receiving for our money. The following table shows what you are paying for in your monthly assessments this year. The information is taken from the LWV 2010 Business Plans. In future issues, we will take individual budget items and show what is covered in each expense.
Special Note on United Mutual
There are two items in the United budget that are not a flat amount but vary from manor to manor. These are their property taxes and their property insurance. Therefore we only show the items that are a flat amount for all United manors and arrive at a monthly total of $523. Any amount above this in an individual’s assessment is due to their share of property taxes and insurance.
